PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
1. Petition 2026-08-01-04, submitted by Farrukh Moghul, pursuant to Section
13.15 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, requesting to rezone the
property at 15150 Levan Road, from C-1 (Local Business) to C-2 (General
Business), to allow for the development of an electric vehicle charging lot as the
principal use, located on the east side of Levan Road between Five Mile Road
and Jamison Street in the Northeast'/4 of Section 20.
2. Petition 2026-09-02-24, submitted by Infinity Acquisitions, LLC, requesting
waiver use approval under Sections 3.16 and 6.58 of the Livonia Zoning
Ordinance, as amended, to operate an outdoor storage facility in connection with
a special trades contractor at 34426 Rosati Avenue, located on the north side of
Rosati Avenue in the southwest'/4 of Section 28.
3. Petition 2026-09-02-25 submitted by 36555 Amrhein LLC, requesting waiver
use approval under Section 3.16 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended,
to operate a truck and trailer storage facility at 36555 Amrhein Road, located on
the south side of Amrhein Road between Levan Road and Globe Street in the
northwest'/4 of Section 29.
4. Petition 2026-08-06-02 submitted by the City Planning Commission,
pursuant to the referral by the City Council to determine whether to add Section
13.16 to establish the means and reasoning for the creation of moratoria
pertaining to specific zoning uses within the City of Livonia.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEM(S)
5. Petition 2026-05-08-02 submitted by Chipman Design Architecture on
behalf of Chick-Fil-A requesting site plan approval pursuant of Section 3.11 of
the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to include a windscreen between the
existing columns by the drive-thru door at 11700 Middle Belt Road located on the
corner of Middle Belt and Plymouth Roads in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
6. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,250th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting
held by the Planning Commission on September 22, 2026.
