Agenda Item 2: Email concerning Ladywood traffic issues
In response to an email from Anthony Reffi expressing concerns with traffic volumes, speeding, reports of
failure-to-stop on Ladywood between Williams and Levan in Section 17, Sgt Adams conducted a speed
study
The study showed that at the 85th percentile, the measured speed was 23 mph for both eastbound and
westbound on Ladywood well below the posted speed limit. Based on these findings, no further action is
warranted at this time. Sgt. Adams shared the results of the study with Mr. Reffi via email who expressed
concerns that it may not reflect conditions when school is in session. Since this study was done in June
