Petition 2026-06-01-01 submitted by Optalis Healthcare requesting approval under Section 13.15 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to rezone the rear twenty-five (25) feet of the properties at 11687 Camden, 11709 Camden, 11731 Camden, 11741 Camden, and 11755 Camden, from N1 (Neighborhood) to P (Parking), to provide additional parking spaces for the Fountain Bleu Health and Rehabilitation Center, located on the north side of Plymouth Road between Camden and Haller, in the southwest'/4 of Section 25. 2. Petition 2026-06-02-15 submitted by Sasa Head Spa requesting waiver use approval under Sections 3.11 and Section 6.37 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to operate a massage establishment, at 33600 Seven Mile Road, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Farmington Road and Norwich Street in the southeast'/4 of Section 4. 3. Petition 2026-06-02-16 submitted by J.B. Donaldson Company requesting waiver use approval under Sections 3.06 and 6.02 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to operate a licensed adult foster care facility (Adult Medium Group Home — Capacity 7-12), at 38525 Eight Mile Road, located on the south side of Eight Mile Road between Meadowview Street and Hickory Street in the northwest 1/4 of Section 6. 4. Petition 2026-06-02-17 submitted by PEA Group requesting waiver use approval under Sections 3.11 and Section 6.51 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to construct a drive -through restaurant (Culver's) and a 4,675 square -foot multi -tenant retail building, at 29155 Seven Mile Road, located on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Middle Belt Road and Maplewood Street in the northwest 1/4 of Section 12. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS 5. Petition 2026-05-SN-01 submitted by Bazo Construction requesting approval for ground sign, wall sign, and canopy signs replacements at the Amoco gas station at 29401 Seven Mile Road, located at the corner of Seven Mile and Middle Belt Roads in the northeast'/4 of Section 11. 6. Petition 2026-06-SN-02 submitted by Kimley-Horn & Associates requesting approval for five (5) wall signs at the Target store at 20100 Haggerty Road, located on the east side of Haggerty Road between Eight Mile Road and Seven Mile Road in the northwest'/4 of Section 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,246th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held by the Planning Commission on June 16, 2026.
