Affairs and Community Relations) Guests: Vibe Credit Union Representative I. CALL TO ORDER – Meeting called to order at 6:12 pm II. APPROVAL OF PAST MINUTES (November 20, 2025) – Motion to approve by Commissioner nd Anderson; 2 Motion by Commissioner Buatti III. AUDIENCE COMMUNICATION (2 minute max) Special Guests from Vibe Credit Union: Conversation about in-school scholarships, community engagement and financial education, and encouragement to think outside the box about how to connect. IV. FINANCIAL REPORT a. Account Balance YTD: YT: $9,935.05 b. Trust Account YTD: $21,690.24 V. NEW BUSINESS a. Youth Summit Report Presentation: New Livonia City Council will be incoming; arrangements should be made to meet. The presentation should be prepared. Additionally, a suggestion was made to also present to Madona University and Schoolcraft College – Robb will follow up. Proposed date for presentation preparation – January 8, 2026 (5-6 pm). b. Holiday volunteer opportunities – Robb will connect with D.O. It for Denny holiday dates. c. Arbor Day (Friday, April 24, 2026): Commissioners Buatti and Anderson will begin the necessary planning in January 2026. d. News: Robb has taken a new position as Director of Community and Public Affairs with the City of Westland e. Youth Commission Meeting Dates: i. February 5, 2026 ii. May 14, 2026 iii. July 30, 2026 iv. November 19, 2026 VI. MISCELLANEOUS VII.
