MISCELLANEOUS
1. Petition 2025-11-08-08 submitted by Safiedine Merriman LLC requesting site
plan approval under Section 13.13 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as
amended, to construct a building addition to an existing gasoline service station
at 13801 Merriman Rd. at the S.W. corner of Merriman Road and Schoolcraft
Road in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 27.
2. Petition 2025-12-08-09 submitted by Schoolcraft Lodge Inc. requesting
approval under Sections 3.13, 6.30, and 13.13 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance,
as amended, to construct a four-story hotel at 31501 Schoolcraft Road, located
on the south side of Schoolcraft Road between Merriman Road and Hubbard
Avenue in the Northeast'/4 of Section 27.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,239th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting
held by the Planning Commission on December 16, 2025.
