Livonia x Embody Dance Conference – Monthly Project Update Date: August 2025 Event Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025 Loca?on: Livonia Marrio? Presented by: Livonia Arts Commission in collabora?on with Embody Dance Conference Status: ON TRACK ????? Project Purpose To provide free, high-quality dance training to dancers aged 13+ in the Livonia area by partnering with the na?onal nonproﬁt Embody Dance Conference, making professional instruc?on accessible to all regardless of ﬁnancial background. ??? Key Accomplishments Since June  Master Task List: Created and shared; tracking all assignments, deadlines, and updates.  Alignment Mee?ng: Requested with Embody team to review and update tasks.  Marke?ng Campaign: Social media campaign oﬃcially kicked oﬀ on Sunday, August 10th.  Content Ready: All August posts pre-scheduled and published on ?me.  Registra?on: DanceBug link launched and shared with the Arts Commission; waitlist process established for 125-a?endee cap. ???? Next Steps (August–September 2025) 1. Conﬁrm Marrio? Booking – Elise at Marrio? coordina?ng; Haleyann to follow up by Aug 20. 2. Share W-9 Form – Haleyann to provide City of Livonia documenta?on by Aug 22. 3. Finalize Budget Breakdown – Paul and Haleyann to reconcile between Embody, LAC, and Hardies funding by Aug 28. 4. Class Styles & Faculty Lineup – Embody to provide list by Aug 30; approval for marke?ng due Sep 2. 5. Faculty Bios & Photos – Haleyann compiling, Paul to create shared Box folder; due Sep 5. 6.
