PUBLIC HEARING ITEM
1. Petition 2025-01-02-03 submitted by Scott Kim, requesting waiver use
approval pursuant to Section 6.03 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended,
to utilize a S.D.M. liquor license (allows a business licensed to sell, at retail, beer,
wine, and mixed spirit drink products in the original package for consumption off
the premises) in connection with the operation of a new grocery and limited -
service restaurant (K-Ramen & Sushi) at 31823 Plymouth Road, located on the
southwest corner of Plymouth Road and Berwick Street in the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 34.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,225th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting
held by the Planning Commission on February 4, 2025.
