Meeting was called to order at 6:06 P.M.
Approval of the December 14th, 2023, Minutes: Approved
Financial Report:
A. Passbook Account Balance-Estimated $ 9,935.05
B. Trust Fund Account Balance-Estimated $21,690.24

December 14, 2023 Minutes:
o Motion 24-1-1: The Motion was made by Commissioner Bonanno and seconded by
Commissioner Porter. Motion carried.
Announcements and Communications:
Backpack Program: Discussed plan for storing and organizing school suppliers for the
program.
Youth Summit: The 2024 Youth Summit is set to be held at Schoolcraft’s Vistatech
st
Center on February 21. Discussed keynote speaker’s agenda and topics. Attendees were
estimated to be 225 participants. Finalized agenda and layout for the event. Confirmed
guest invite list for community leaders.
