Minutes of a special meeting of the Zoning Board, held
in the Township Hall, April 6th 1950.
Members present:
Waiter Hassell.
Carson Johnston, George Bentley and
The meeting was called to order at 9:10 P.M. by Chairman
Johnston.
This meeting was called to discuss the petition to
remove Top Soil on a 10 acre plot on Joy Rd., East of Merriman
Road, to a depth of 10" to 12". The petitioner is willing to
post a Bond.
After discussion, it was• agreed by the Board that, since
this Board has no jurisdiction in. this case, Attorney Brashear
should write the petitioner and so state, leaving this case to
the discretion of the new City Planning Commission later.
The meeting was adjourned by Chairman Johnston at
9:20 P.M.
