MinuteF of a Special Meeting of the Livonia Township Zoning
Commission, held in the Township Hall, Monday, Sept. 12th, 1949.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Johnston at 7:50 PM.
Members present: Carson Johnston_, George Bentley and Walter
Russell.
Four petitions for Zoning changes were presented, as follows:
No,l- Petition of Carl 0, Heise and Lydia B. Heise, to change the
Zoning classification from RUFC to C-2 on the following
described property:
That part of the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. 1 described as
beginning at a point on the South line of Base Line
Road distant West, 1671.48 feet and South, 60.0 ft.
from the N,E. corner. of Sec. 1, and proceeding thence
south. 163,0 ft.; thence West, 115.90 ft, thence North,
163.0 ft. to the South Line of Base Line Road; thence
East along said South line, 115.90 ft. to the point
of beginning.
No.2- Petition of Ray Owens, 25125 Eight Mile Road, to change the
Zoning classification from RUFC to 0-2 on the following
described property:
That part of the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. 1 described as
beginning at a point an the•South Line of Base Line
Road, Distant West 1787,38 ft. and South, 60.0 ft,
from the NJ, corner of Sec. 1, and proceeding
thence South 123.0 ft.; thence West 40 ft.; thence
North 123,0 ft, to the South Line of Base Line Road;
thence East along said South Line, 40,o ft. to the
point of beginning.
No,37 Petition of William Wolfram to change the Zoning classi-
fication
of that portion of the following described land,
which faces on Middlebelt and Schoolcraft Roads, to a
depth. of 300 feet from the property line on each of said
roads, from RUFB to 0-2:
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Sec, 76y Livonia Township,
No.4 Petition. of Edward B. Lievois and Nora C. Lievois, to change
the Zoning classification from RUFC to 0-1, on the following
described property:
The West 1/2 of. Lorts 56, 57, 58 and 69 of Dohany
Sub, of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of. the Northeast
1/4 of Section 12.
