feet from the Northwest corner of Secbi.on 26, East; of Merriman Bond,
to a 0-1 District. Mr. StanleyVa property at that point extends

of the adjacent property owners are present to discuss
this change. Also present - Mr. !carry Johnson, Superintendent of
Schools in Livonia Township,
Mr. Bentley briefly outlined the purpose of this discussion,
mainly, that the home on this property is sufficiently large to
permit the housing of school teachers coming to tho Township from
out-of-town. Mop. Bentley states there are 12 to 14 such teachers
needing rooms and t.:. t something should be done about their housing,
but that he did not think changing the Zoning to 0-1 was the answer,
as a residence in a 0-1 district would have to conform to the
contiguous zoning district.
Mr. Harry Johnson at this point spoke at some length of the
need for housing for the school teachers.
Oonsiderable discussion followed pro and con among those prenent-
thc consensus of opinion among the property owners being that they
were willing to allow titr. Stanley to room the teachers, but they
were not in favor of changing the Zoning to 0-1, and they were
in favor of having, the house made into apartments where the
could cook their own meals,
ey Ambrose stated that th
temporary permit for Mr•
need could be shown. Mr. Ambrose
