ZONINS BOARD
May 29th. 1947
The minutes of the Public Hearing held on May 22d, 1947,
were up for discussion, and it was decided by the members that
the following ehanges in Zoning be recommended to the Township
i3oarde
1- The area, bounded on the North by Pickford
Avenue; on the East by Merriman Road; on the
South by Six Mile Road; on the West by Hubbard
Avenue, running from Six Mile Road on t he South
to Curtis Avenue on the North, then Wetterly
along Curtis Avenue to Brookfield Avenue; thence
running Northerly on Brookfield Avenue to Pickford
Avenue, the plate of beginning, to be changed from
an A-G-1-C requirement to an A-G-1-B requirement;
said area being located on Zoning Map No.l.
2- the area bounded on the North by Pembroke Avenue;
on the East by Inkster Road; on the South by
Cgmbridge Avenue and on the West by an imaginary
line running parallel to Inkster Road, which is
approximately 100 feet West of Inkster Road, to be
changed from an R-2-C requirement to a 0-1 require-
ment; said area being located on Zoning Map No.1.
u- The area bounded on the North by Seven ]Rile Road;
on the Bast by Irving Avenue; on the South by an
imaginary line running parallel to Seven Mile Road,
which is approximately 100 feet south of Seven Mile
Road, and on the West by Stamford Avenue; to be
changed from an R-U-I'-0 requirement to a C-1 require
ment; said area being located on Zoning Map No.2.
4- The area bounded on the East by the imaginary line
of the continuation of Wayne Road;'on the South by
Plymouth Road; on the West to a point which is
approximately 525 feet West of the imaginary line
of Wayne Road, and on the North to an imaginary
line which is approximately 300 feet north of and
parallel with Plymouth Road; to be changed from an
R-1-B requirement to a 0-1 requirement; said area
being located in Zoning Map 3.
(This No..4 change was tabled by this Board for further discussion)
5- The area bounded on the North by West Chicago Blvd.,
on the :'lest by Middlebe1t Road; on the South by an
imaginary line parallel to a*est Chicago Blvd., to a
point approximately 600 feet distant, and on the Fast
by an imaginary line parallel to Uiddlebelt Road to a
point approximately 100 feet distant; to be changed from
an A-G-1-G requirement to a C-1 requirement; -said area
being located on Zoning Map i -.4.
