held at Livonia Township Hall, Nov. 1st 1943.

Meeting called to order by Pres. johncton at 8.40 pm.
Commissions attention was called to the matter of Orville
Vader, 20005 St. Francis st.(Argonne Subdivision) operating
commercial repair gararge at said address. On motion by Isbell
seconded by Penske, Mr. whiteley, Building Inspector, was instructed
to see that this be discontinued and also that Mr. Whiteley investigate
situation. on Deering St. regarding similiar complaints, reporting
to Commission at next meeting.
Mr. Ctroge Muir (11600 San Jose, Redford Vownship)subcnitted
proposed plan fug access&ry building behind residential site
in Sec. 28, Livonia Township in SU corner of SWe of SW -I with
request for ruling on whether he could sell garden produce,
raised on said property from the said property. It was decided
hi:r plans are in accord with zoning laws for that location?
Mr. Muir was accompanied by Mr. Donn Dates of the Newman
Developement Co. Mr. Dates requested permission to circulate
potation to change from r-. to R-1-F that portion of Sec. 28,
Livonia Township from the East Edge of Alden Villiage, Plymouth
Road on south ® Pere Marquette Railroad on North and Western
line of Section 20. No action by Commission was deemed necessary.
Mr. Roger$ F. Gritman, 15551 Woodring (R-1) appeared before
Commission requesting permission to incresae size of horse barn
at said address. His present horse barn was in &se before enactment
of present zoning laws. Any additidnwould be in vi.;iation of zoning
law now covering his district and permission was r•ef&sed.
Mr. Whiteley, Building inspector, submitted sketch of a survey
of part of the NEt of Section 1, Livonia Townsgp showing frame
accessory building erected by A. J. Thurman. Survey shows said
Building to be only 2'-6' from south property lone on its SW corner
and L.75v on SE corner. Moved by Penske, seconded by Isbell that
Mr. Thurman be instructed to comply with zoning law by moving said
building back three feet from eolith property line.
Mr. Hamill, Registered Surveyor, of Plymouth, Mich., submitted
plat of proposed Herndon's Schoolcraft Estates, being part of
SE4 of Sec. 21, Livonia Township. Plan approved by Commission.
Moved by Isbell, seconded by Penske that meeting be adjourned.
