PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
1. Petition 2022-02-02-02 submitted by Livonia Budget Storage, L.L.C. requesting
waiver use approval pursuant to Section 6.58 of the Livonia Vision 21 Zoning
Ordinance to operate a truck and trailer rental business in conjunction with an existing
climate-controlled, indoor self-storage facility at 29150 Seven Mile Road, located on
the north side of Seven Mile Road between Middlebelt Road and Parkville Avenue in
the Southwest ¼ of Section 1.
2. Petition 2022-02-02-03 submitted by Tiseo Architects, Inc. on behalf of Plymouth
Auto Sales, requesting waiver use approval pursuant to Sections 6.05 and 6.06 of the
Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance to operate a used auto dealership with repair
facilities and outdoor display of vehicles at 36534 Plymouth Road, located on the north
side of Plymouth Road between Levan Road and Market Street in the Southwest ¼ of
Section 29.

3. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,184th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held
by the Planning Commission on February 22, 2022.
