PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
1.Petition 2020-05-02-03 submitted by Bai-Lynn Market Inc. requesting waiver use approval
pursuant to Section 10.03(g) of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, to
utilize an SDM liquor license (sale of packaged beer and wine) and an SDD liquor license
(sale of packaged spirits over 21% alcohol) in connection with the operations of a party store
(Bai-Lynn Market) at 33286 Six Mile Road,located on the northeast corner of Six Mile and
Farmington Roads in the Southwest ¼ of Section 10.
2.Petition2020-05-02-04submitted by Livonia Budget Storage, L.L.C. requestingwaiver
use approval pursuant to Section 11.03(x) of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as
amended, to develop and operate a climate-controlled, indoor self-storage facility, at 29150
Seven Mile Road, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Middlebelt Road
and Parkville Avenue in the Southwest ¼ of Section 1.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
3.Petition 2020-05-08-03 submitted by Soave Homesrequesting approval of all plans
required by Sections 18.47 and 18.58 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as
amended, in connection with a proposal to renovate the exterior façade of the building
located at 15195 Farmington Road, located on the west side of Farmington Road between
Lyndon Avenue and Five Mile Road in the Northeast ¼ of Section 21.
