1.Petition 2019-08-08-12 submitted by Halle Properties L.L.C., Inc. on behalf of
Discount Tirerequesting approval of all plans required by Sections 18.47 and 18.58 of
the City ofLivonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, in connection with a proposal
to expand the existing parkinglot of the tire store at 18975 Middlebelt Road, located on
the west side of Middlebelt Road between Curtis Avenue and Seven Mile Road in the
Northeast ¼ of Section 11.
