1. BLOCK PARTY: Jim McGrail, re: to be held Saturday, August 25, 2018, from 1:00
p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Rayburn Street, between Levan and Williams, with no rain
date requested.
2. BLOCK PARTY: Lisa Leporowski, re: to host a Halloween Party to be held on
Saturday, October 27, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Milburn Street,
between Eight Mile Road and Fargo, with no rain date requested.
3. BLOCK PARTY: Pearl and Ray Franges, re: to be held on Saturday, August 25,
2018, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Brentwood, between Jacquelyn Drive and

6. AUDIT REPORT: Livonia Housing Commission, re: for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 2017, excluding Silver Village, Newburgh Village, the CDBG
Program and single family City-owned properties
7. REQUEST TO SET APPRORIATE FUNDS AND AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE
OF FORECLOSED PROPERTIES: Office of the Treasurer, re: to permit the City
the acquisition and rehabilitation of tax foreclosed properties pursuant to guidelines
set forth.
8. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE (1) REPLACEMENT
VEHICLE UTILIZING STATE OF MICHIGAN AND COUNTIES OF OAKLAND
AND MACOMB CONSORTIUM BID PRICING: Division of Police, re: to be utilized
by the Uniform Division, from insurance reimbursement and budgeted funds.

Department of Law, re: to Section 040 of Title 13, Chapter 08 (Water Services
Rates and Revenues) to provide for changes in the water service consumption
rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2018.

10. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended:
Department of Law, re: to Section 050 of Title 13, Chapter 08 (Water Service
Rates and Revenues) to provide changes in the water service consumption rates
to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2018.

11. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended:
Department of Law, re: to Section 120 of Title 13, Chapter 20 (Livonia Sewage
Disposal System) to provide for changes to the sewer disposal and maintenance
rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2018.

12. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended:
Department of Law, re: Section 130 of Title 13, Chapter 20 (Livonia Sewage
Disposal System) to provide for changes to the special rates for designated uses
to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2018.

13. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended:
Department of Law, re: to Section 050 of Title 13, Chapter 28 (Industrial Waste
Surcharge) to provide for changes in the industrial waste surcharge rate to become
effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2018.

14. PROPOSED LOT SPLIT: Department of Assessment, re: requested by Leo
Soave, for Tax Item No. 46 086 99 0005 002, located south of Five Mile Road, east
of Farmington Road, at 15126 Brookfield.

15. AWARD OF CONTRACT USING THE QUALIFICATION-BASED SELECTION
(QBS) PROCESS: Public Service Division, re: to provide environmental
engineering services to monitor, sampling, data evaluation, and reporting at the
City’s Type III landfill and former Act 87 landfill, and other related projects for five
(5) years beginning July 1, 2018 through July 30, 2023.
16. REZONING PETITION: Planning Department, re: Petition 2018-03-01-04
submitted by Comfort Care Senior Living, requesting to rezone the property
located on the north side of Plymouth Road, between Farmington and Stark Roads
(34020 Plymouth Road), in the Southeast ¼ of Section 28, from C-1 (Local
Business), C-2 (General Business), and RUF (Rural Urban Farm) to OS (Office
Services).

17. REQUEST TO MAKE A FORMAL DECREE TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION TO NAME A CITY PARK AFTER HARRY TATIGIAN: Jim Jolly,
Council Vice President, re: same.

18. BLOCK PARTY: Robert Plue, re: to be held Saturday, June 23, 2018, from 4:00
p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Grove Street, between Golfview and Fairway, with no rain
date requested.
19. REQUEST TO AMEND COUNCIL RESOLUTION 120-18: Department of
Community Resources, re: to allow the Historical Commission the opportunity to
realize additional profits by hosting the abbreviated tea and be allowed to have

one ice cream vendor at the St. Andrew’s Society of Detroit’s 169, 170, and

171 Annual Highland Games to be held at Greenmead Property.
20. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from New Par, a Delaware Partnership d/b/a/
Verizon Wireless, for a 30-foot wide utility easement in connection with the
installation and maintenance of two conduits for telecommunication lines through
a portion of Bicentennial Park, located at 36000 Seven Mile Road, in the Southeast
¼ of Section 5.
