AWARD OF CONTRACT USING THE QUALIFICATION-BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS: Public Service Division, re: to provide environmental engineering services to monitor, sampling, data evaluation, and reporting at the City’s Type III landfill and former Act 87 landfill, and other related projects for five (5) years beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023. 16.
