APPEAL CASE NO. 2016-09-64 (Tabled on October 11, 2016): Livonia II, LLC, 21
East Long Lake Road, Ste. 101, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304, on behalf of Lessee
Goodyear Tire, seeking to erect two (2) wall signs (north and east elevations) and a
ground sign, on property located on the west side of Middlebelt (12661) between
Industrial and the CSX Railroad, resulting in excess number of wall signs, wall sign
area, excess ground sign area, also, the electronic reader board on the ground sign is
excess in area. An electronic message board is not allowed due to the proposed
nonconforming signage.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2016-12-77: Edward/Barbara Graves, east side of Bredin
(14580) between Lyndon and the cul-de sac, seeking to erect a detached garage while
maintaining an attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages and garage area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2016-12-78: Pegouske Holdings, LLC, west side of Mayfield
(11805) between Plymouth and Capitol, seeking to perform retail sales of
classic/exotic cars on property zoned (M-1) which is not allowed. All vehicles will be
stored within the building.
