MINUTES OF THE 349th SPECIAL MEETING
HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On Tuesday, May 1 , 1984, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia,
held its 349th Special Meeting in the Livonia City Hall , 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. Jerome Zimmer, Vice Chairman, called the Special Meeting to order at 8:30 p.m.
Members present : Jerome Zimmer Donald Vyhnalek Sue Sobolewski
Joseph Falk Judith Scurto Herman Kluver
Lee Morrow Donna Naidow
Members absent: Daniel Andrew
Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; H. G. Shane, Assistant Planning Director;
and Ralph H. Bakewell , Planner IV, were also present .
On a motion duly made by Mr. Morrow, seconded by Mr. Kluver and unanimously adopted,
it was
#5-86-84 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 18.58 of Zoning Ordinance #543, the
City Planning Commission does hereby approve Petition 84-4-8-15P by
Waco Sales Company requesting approval of all plans required by
Section 18.58 of Zoning Ordinance #543 in connection with a proposal
to construct an addition to an existing building located on the
north side of Six Mile Road between Middlebelt Road and Louise in
Section 11 , subject to the following conditions :
(1) that Site and Building Elevation Plan dated 4/16/84, prepared
by Kamp-Di Como Associates, Architects , which is hereby approved
shall be adhered to;
(2) that the existing building shall be painted so as to be compatible
with the proposed new additions ; the color to be submitted to and
approved by the Planning Department; and
(3) that the existing landscaping shall be refurbished and permanently
maintained in a healthy condition.
Mr. Zimmer, Vice Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution
adopted.
On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 349th Special Meeting
held by the City Planning Commission on May 1 , 1984 was adjourned
at 8:40 p.m.
