MINUTES OF THE 353rd SPECIAL MEETING
HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
4 On Tuesday, March 26, 1985, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia
held its 353rd Special Meeting in the Livonia City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive,
Livonia, Michigan .
Mr. R. Lee Morrow, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Members present : R. Lee Morrow Donald Vyhnalek C. Russ Smith
Joseph J. Falk Donna Naidow Michael Duggan
C. Russ Smith Herman Kluver
Members absent Jeanne Hildebrandt
On a motion duly made by Mr. Vyhnalek, seconded by Mr. Falk and unanimously adopted,
it was
#3-62-85 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 18.47 of Zoning Ordinance #543, the
City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council
that Petition 85-3-8-5 by James L. Krupa, Architect, for the City of
Livonia, requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.47
in connection with a proposal to construct an addition to the senior
citizens building located on the east side of Farmington Road, south
of Five Mile Road in Section 22 , be approved subject to the following
conditions:
(1) that Site Plan, revised 3/26/85 , prepared by James L. Krupa &
Associates, Architects , which is hereby approved shall be

adhered to; and
(2) that Building Elevation Plan dated March, 1985 , prepared by
James L. Krupa & Associates , Architects , which is hereby
approved shall be adhered to.
Mr. Morrow, Chairman , declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution
adopted.
On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 353rd Special Meeting
held by the City Planning Commission on March 26, 1985 was adjourned
at 8:40 p.m.
