1160 MINUTES OF THE 361st SPECIAL MEETING
HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
on October 14, 1986
On Tuesday, October 14, 1986, the City Planning Commission held its 361st Special
Meeting in the Livonia City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. C. Russ Smith, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 9:14 p.m.
Members present: C. Russ Smith Michael Soranno Sue Sobolewski
Donna J. Naidow Donald Vyhnalek Jeanne Hildebrandt
Members absent: Herman Kluver R. Lee Morrow
Messrs. H. G. Shane, Assistant Planning Director, and Ralph H. Bakewell,
Planner IV, were also present.
On a motion duly made by Mrs. Hildebrandt, seconded by Mrs. Sobolewski and
unanimously adopted, it was
#10-268-86 RESOLVED that, the City Planning Commission does hereby approve the
Amended Project Plan for the John D. Dinan EDC Project (Charles
Town Offices) in connection with a proposal to construct a one-
story office building on the southwest corner of Eight Mile and
Gill Roads, a detailed resolution having been prepared by Miller,
Canfield, Paddock & Stone which is herein incorporated by reference
in its entirety.
Mr. Smith, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution
adopted.
On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 361st Special
Meeting held by the City Planning Commission on October 14, 1986
was adjourned at 9:17 p.m.
