• MINUTES OF THE 340th SPECIAL MEETING
10 HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On Tuesday, October 27, 1981 the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia
t held is 340th Special Meeting in the Livonia City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive,
Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. Daniel R. Andrew, called the meeting to order at 9:15 p.m.
Members present: Daniel R. Andrew Jerome Zimmer Donald Vyhnalek
Judith Scurto Donna Naidow Herman Kluver
Joseph J. Falk
Members absent: Sue Sobolewski Lee R. Morrow
Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; H. G. Shane, Assistant Planning Director;
and Ralph H. Bakewell , Planner IV, were also present.
On a motion duly made by Mr. Kluver, seconded by Mrs. Naidow and unanimously adopted,
it was
#10-190-81 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 18.58 of Zoning Ordinance #543,
as amended by Ordinance #1567, the City Planning Commission does
hereby approve Petition 81-10-8-27P by Pittsburg Testing Company
requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.58 sub-
mitted in connection with a proposal to construct an office and
lab building on the north side of Schoolcraft between Inkster
and Middlebelt Roads in Section 24, subject to the following con-
ditions :
(1) that Site Plan #81131 , Sheet CE-1 , revised date 10/29/81 ,
which is hereby approved shall be adhered to;
(2) that all landscape materials as shown on the approved Site
Plan shall be installed on the site by June 1 , 1982 and
thereafter permanently maintained in a healthy condition; and
(3) that Building Elevation Plan #81131 , Sheet No. A-2, dated
10/23/81 , prepared by Robert J. Tobin & Associates, which is
hereby approved shall be adhered to.
Mr. Andrew, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution
adopted.
On a motion duly made by Mrs. Scurto, seconded by Mr. Zimmer and unanimously adopted,
it was
#10-191-81 RESOLVED that, the Planning Commission does hereby determine to
waive the provisions of Section 10 of Article VI of the Planning
Commission Rules of Procedure regarding the seven day period
concerning effectiveness of Planning Commission resolutions in

Company requesting approval of all plans required by Section

On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 340th Special Meeting
held by the City Planning Commission on October 27, 1981 was
adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
