MINUTES OF THE 313th SPECIAL MEETING
HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

On Tuesday, October 5, 1976 the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held
its 313th Special Meeting in the Engineering Building, 13325 Farmington Road, Livonia,
Michigan.
Mr. Daniel R. Andrew, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 10: 10 p.m.
Members present: Daniel R. Andrew Joseph J. Falk Esther Friedrichs
Suzanne T. Wisler Jerome Zimmer William DuBose
Judith Scurto William Scruggs Herman H. Kluver
Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; H G Shane, Assistant Planning Director; Ralph H.
Bakewell , Planner IV.
On a motion duly made by Mr. Kluver, seconded by Mr. Scruggs and unanimously adopted,
it was
#10-191-76 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 18.58 of Ordinance #543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, as amended by Ordinance
#988, theCity Planning Commission does hereby approve Petition
76-9-8-19P by Philip Gerard requesting approval of all plans
required by Section 18.58 submitted in connection with a proposal
to construct an addition to an existing building located on the
[: south side of Schoolcraft between Eckles and Newburgh in Section
19, subject to the following conditions:
(1) that Site Plan #76. 38, dated 9/29/76, prepared by Graham-
Culotta, Architects, which is hereby approved, shall be
adhered to;
(2) that Building Elevation Plan #76.38, Sheet #2, dated
9/29/76, prepared by Graham-Culotta,Architects , which
is hereby approved, shall be adhered to; and
(3) that all landscaping installed on the site in connection with
Waiver Use Petition 75-2-2-4 previously submitted by this
petitioner, shall be permanently maintained, kept in a healthy
condition and not altered or diminished by any activity assoc-
iated with this site plan approval .
Mr. Andrew, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution adopted.
On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 313th Special Meeting
held by the City Planning Commission on October 5, 1976 was
adjourned at 10: 15 p.m.
