MINUTES OF THE 303rd SPECIAL MEETING
I HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On Tuesday, July 2, 1974 the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held its
303rd Special Meeting in the Livonia City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. Francis M. Hand, Chairman Pro Tem, called the meeting to order at 10:10 p.m.
Members present: Charles Pinto Suzanne Taylor William Scruggs
Joseph Talbot Francis M. Hand Daniel R. Andrew
Members absent: Herman H. Kluver Joseph J. Falk Esther Friedrichs
Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; Ralph H. Bakewell, Planner IV; H G Shane,
Planner IV and Robert M. Feinberg, Assistant City Attorney, were also present.
On a motion duly made by Mr. Pinto and seconded by Mr. Scruggs, it was
#7-136-74 RESOLVED that, having reviewed the revised Site Plan and revised
building elevation drawings submitted by Lindhout Associates, Inc.,
in connection with a proposal to construct a two-story office build-
ing on property located on the north side of Five Mile Road between
Fairfield and Brookfield in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15; and
having determined that the modifications and revisions are of an
. architectural nature only and will have little impact upon the pre-
110 viously approved site and building plans and that the previously
approved site development plans are being adhered to, the City Plan-
ning Commission does hereby grant approval to the revised site and
building elevation plans, such approval being conditioned upon
adherence to Site Plan #7301, Sheet #1, revised 7/3/73, prepared by
Lindhout Associates, and building elevations as shown on Plan #7301,
revised 6/20/73, prepared by Lindhout Associates; and further, that
a revised landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning Commission
for approval within thirty (30) days. (Petition 73-4-8-13)
A roll call vote on the foregoing resolution resulted in the following:
AYES: Pinto, Hand, Talbot, Taylor, Scruggs
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: Andrew
ABSENT: Kluver, Falk, Friedrichs
Mr. Hand, Chairman Pro Tem, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution
adopted.
On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the City Planning Commission
adjourned its 303rd Special Meeting held on Tuesday, July 2, 1974,
at 10:15 p.m.
