HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLANNING MINUTES 1974-03-26 5547 -- i MINUTES OF THE 302nd SPECIAL MEETING HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA ie On Tuesday, March 26, 1974 the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held its 302nd Special Meeting in the Engineering Building, 13325 Farmington Road, Livonia, Michigan. Mr. Daniel R. Andrew, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 9:25 p.m. Members present: Daniel R. Andrew Joseph J. Falk Francis M. Hand Charles Pinto Suzanne Taylor Esther Friedrichs Joseph R. Talbot Herman Kluver Members absent: None Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; Ralph H. Bakewell, Planner IV, H G Shane, Planner IV, were also present. On a motion duly made by Mr. Talbot, seconded by Mrs. Taylor and unanimously adopted, it was #3-65-74 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 18.58 of Ordinance #543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, as amended by Ordinance #988, the City Planning Commission does hereby approve Petition 74-3-8-1OP by Guiseppe Vitale requesting approval of all plans required by Section 18.58 submitted in connection with a proposal to construct a retail store building on property located on the north side of Grand River between Inkster and Eight Mile Roads in Section 1, subject to the following conditions: (1) That Site Plan dated March 1, 1974, prepared by Guiseppe Vitale, which is hereby approved, shall be adhered to. (2) That Building Elevation Plan dated March 1, 1974, prepared by Guiseppe Vitale, which is hereby approved, shall be adhered to. (3) That a detailed landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for approval within thirty (30) days from the date of Site Plan approval. Mr. Andrew, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution adopted. On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the City Planning Commission adjourned its 302nd Special Meeting held on Tuesday, March 26, 1974 at 9:35 p.m. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 1: Joseph I .
