MINUTES OF THE 240th SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY.PLANNING.GOM4I SSION OF

On Tuesday, August 1, 1967, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia,
held its 240th Special Meeting in the Office of the Commission at 13325 Farming-
ton Road, Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. Charles W. Walker, Chairman, called the meeting to order at approximately
11:20 p.m.
Members present: Wrightnian, Walker, Tent, Pollock, Singer
Members absent: Ward, Moser, Heusted, Chandler
Others present: John Nagy, Don Hull, William Le Pine.
On a motion duly made by Mrs Harry Wrightman and seconded by Mr. Raymond Tent
it was
#8-117-67 RESOLVED that, the City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council that the final plat of Judson Gardens Subdivision
No. 2 located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, be approved for
the following reasons:
(1) It is consistent with the previously approved preliminary plat.
(2) Ali the financial obligations of the City have been met.
FURTHER RESOLVED, inasmuch as it appears on the records that tent-
ative approval of said proposed plat was given by the City Planning
Commission under resolution #11-169a-66 adopted on November 1, 1966;
and it further appearing that said proposed plat together with plans
and specifications for improvements therein have been approved by
the Department of Public Works, Engineering Division, under date of
July 6, 1967; and it further appearing that the financial assurances
required in Council Resolution No. 796-67 adopted July 25, 1967 have
been filed with the City Clerk as confirmed by a letter dated
July 27, 1967 from Addison W. Bacon, City Clerk, it would therefore
appear that all the conditions necessary to the release of building
permits have been met and the Building Department is hereby so
notified.
A roll call vote on the foregoing resolution resulted in the following:
On a motion by Mr. Raymond Tent, seconded by Mr. Harry Wrightman, and unanimously
adopted, the City Planning Commission adourned its 240th Special Meeting held
on August 1, 1967, at approximately 11:25 p.m.
