2. REQUEST TO APPROVE MODIFICATION TO THE COMPENSATION PLAN:
Civil Service Department, re: to allow for overtime for Police Captains to be in
straight time compensatory time, limited to 100 hours, or to be paid at the straight
time rate.
3. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE SIX (6) MARKED PATROL
VEHICLES, ONE (1) REPLACEMENT VEHICLE AND FIVE (5) UNMARKED
VEHICLES UTILIZING THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND THE COUNTIES OF
OAKLAND AND MACOMB CONSORTIUM BID PRICING: Division of Police, re:
to be used by the Uniform Division, the Investigative Division/Administration and

4. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO SELL CITY OWNED PROPERTY
PURCHASED THROUGH TAX FORECLOSURE WITH THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS: Livonia Housing
Commission, re: the single family home located at 12411 Arcola for a total sale
price of $74,094.00.

6. REQUEST TO APPROVE FINAL BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE FISCAL

connection with a full service restaurant located on the north side of Plymouth

Petition 2015-09-08-13, submitted by Michigan Fuel Properties, L.L.C., in
connection with a proposal to remodel the exterior of the existing commercial
center (Mid-8 Plaza), located on the south side of Eight Mile Road between
Brentwood Avenue and Middlebelt Road (29107-29131 Eight Mile Road) in the
Northwest 1/4 of Section1, the Council does hereby refer this item to the
Committee for its report and recommendation. (CR 3449-15)

17. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 543, AS AMENDED:
Department of Law, re: Petition 2015-12-01-11, submitted by Ajamco, Inc., to
rezone property located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between Munger
Avenue and Six Mile Road (16825 Middlebelt Road), in the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 14 from P (Parking) to C-2 (General Business).

18. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, Department of Law, re: to Section 020 and 040 of Title 2, Chapter 76
(Library Commission) to retitle the classification of City Librarian to Library Director.

19. REQUEST FOR GAS FRANCHISE RENEWAL: Greg Meyer, Consumers Energy,
re: granting the right, power and authority to lay, maintain and operate gas mains,
pipes and services on, along, across and under the highways, streets, alleys,
bridges, waterways, and other public places, and to do a local gas business in the
City of Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan, for a period of thirty years.
20. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: for Owner’s
Representative/Project Management for the Clements Circle Pool Restoration
Project.
