Between Ann Arbor Trail and Plymouth, 19 access points = 55 MPH
Between Plymouth and Amrhein, 28 access points =55 MPH

NO PARKING signs on Newburgh
Signs are posted sporadically. Per MSP and MDOT, a roadway that is corb and gutter, and
Innetl for traffic, NO PARKING signs are retlundant. Removal of these signs will reduce
diner distraction and draw attention to the needed speed limit and other traffic control signs.
It will also eliminate many roadside pole hazards.
Sign are posted sporadically and veryfaded. (Between CSX and Schoolcog north and
sough bound has only one 12x12 sign for the half mile area). MUTCD 2 N states
"regulatory.. sgns should be used conservatively because these signs, R used to excess,
tend to lase their effeetNene55"
Stark between Plymouth and Schook:mft is an example curb and gutter, laved for traffic
without NO PARKING signs.
If NO PARKING signs are kept, they should be roplacetl/upgratletl to the R&M signs (12x12
or 24X24)
