Leeper, Voran Staff� Swish Motion 9-22-1 was made by P Valentine and seconded by Eno to approve the minutes of the meeting held on August 25, 2015 Approved Treasurer Report. Swish —A balance of$2,525 is left in the general fund account. Collected $2,470 in revenue from the Fine Arts Exhibition fees Motion 9-22-2 approved and filed Gallery/City Hall Karczewski- Gallery— The Michigan Arts Center (ceramics) for September was a no show October will host the 18th Annual Fine Arts Exhibition J/P Valentine- City Hall —In September, Beverly Johnston, AI Webber and Betty Lewis will be in the lobby Booked up to December 2016 Fine Arts Exhibition Karczewski — Juror Dave Messing along with D Spurling and Karczewski completed the juroring Of the 154 pieces entered, 74 pieces were accepted into the show The Juror will bring in some of his own sculptures to display Swish emailed the winners of their acceptance into the show and will email out invitations to the reception The hanging of the artwork will take place on October 3, 2015 The reception will be on October 9 C Spurling to work on Power Point presentation of all of the artwork and artists Duggan to make name tags D Spurling will make artwork tags Arts Commission Meeting September 22, 2015 Page 2 MFTH Duggan – Music From the Heart had a great season Attendance was up fram prev�ous years Livonia TV will decide which concerts they will record for the 2016 season Schc,larships C.
