MINUTES OF THE FOURTEENTH SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LI VONIA

On February 5, 1952, above meeting was held at 33110 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at approximately 8 .10 P M by the
Vice-President, Wilson tit Edgar, who presided in the absence of the President,
Harry S Wolfe Roll was called with the following result: Present-- Wilson W
Edgar, Raymond E Grimm, Nettie Carey, William Taylor and John Whitehead. Absent--
Harry S Wolfe and Harvey Jahn. Mr Wolfe arrived a few minutes later, but did not
preside over the meeting
By Councilman Carey, seconded by Councilman Taylor and unanimously adopted
as follows, it was
g.5? RESOLVED, that the hour of 8 :00 P M having arrived, the time
for receiving bids on Sewage Disposal System No. 2, be and hereby is
declared expired, and that all bids received be opened and read
The City Clerk opened and the City Engineer read all bids received as
follows .

By Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilman Whitehead and unanimously
adopted as follows, it was .
R0 RESOLVED, that the foregoing bids be referred to Herald
Hamill, City Engineer, for his examination and recommendations.
On motion of Councilman Taylor, seconded by Councilman Grimm and unanimously
passed, the meeting was adjourned at 8.40 P M , February 5, 1952.
