MINUTES OF THE TWENTY-FOURTH SPECIAL
IltMEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On October 19, 1954, the above meeting was held at 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Mich ig mn, and was called to order by the President of the Council, John
T Daugherty at 7 44 P M Roll was called with the following result• Present--
John T. Daugherty, Rudolf R Kleinert, Nettie Carey, John W. Whitehead and David
L Jones. Absent-- Harry R. Kill am and Wilson W Edgar, who waived their notice
to attend
By Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Carey and unanimously
adopted, it was
�-� #1817 RESOLVED, that the annual budget of the City of Livonia
for the fiscal year commencing December 1, 1954, as submitted to
the Mayor and filed by him with the Council, be set for public
hearing on Monday, November 1, 1954, at 8.00 P M , at the City
Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, and that notice of such hearing be
published in the "Livonian" on October 21, 1954, pursuant to the
Charter.
On motion of Councilman Whitehe ad, seconded by Councilman Kleinert,
and unanimously adopted, this 24th special meeting of the Council of the City
of Livonia was duly adjourned at 7.47 P M , October 19, 1954

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL NEETING

Section 8 of Chapter IV of the Charter, do hereby waive notice of the 24th
Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia held Tuesday, October
