OF INSTALLING PAEMENT ON STARK TOAD NORTH OF
PL=MOUTH ROAD IN SECTION 28.

The Vice President announced that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the
City Council on October 1, 1956, a Public Hearing would be held on the question as
to whether or not paving should be installed on Stark Road, for a distance of 475 feet
North of Plymouth Road, in the City of Livonia, 4ayne County, Michigan, pursuant to
Ordinance No. 31, as amended, entitled nAn Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense'Ihereof by Special Assessment and Special
Assessment Procedure.0 Notices of such hearing were mailed to inter~sted people
under date of October 1 , 1956.
Questions and consents made by residents were given due consideration by
the Council, which questions and comments appear in a transcript of this public
Imp
hearing.
The Vice President declared the public hearing for the purpose of deter-
mining ning the necessity of installing pl vin g on Stark Road closed at 8:36 P. M.,
October 15, 1956.
