PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PuRPOSE OF DETERMINING THE NECESSITY
OF INSTALLING PAVING ON FARXINGTON ROAD
July 19, 1956.
The President of the Council announced that, pursuant to a resolution
adopted by the council on June 25, 1956, the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. Pl.„ having
arrived, a public hearing would be held on the question as to Whether or not pav-
ing should be ins-Galled on Farmington Road from Plymuuth Road South to Joy Road,
City of Livonia, v4ayne county, Michigan, the cost of which will be defrayed by
special assessment under Ordinance No. 31, as amended. Notices of such hearing
were mailed to interested parties under dale of July 2, 1956.
Questions and comments made by residents were given due consideration
by the Council, which questions and comments appear in a transcript of this public
hearing.
The President declared the public hearing for the purpose of determining
the necessity of installing paving on Farmington Road South from Plymouth Road to
Joy Road, closed at 9:46 P.M., July 19, 1956.
