PUBLIC HEARING
October 21, 1959
Proposed Budget for the Period Beginning
December 1, 1959, to November 30, 1960
Pursuant to Sections 4 and 5, Chapter VIII of the Charter of the City
of Livonia, a Public Hearing was held on October 21, 1959, at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, PBchigan, on the proposed budget of the City of
4vonia for the year commencing December 1, 1959, and ending November 30, 1960.
The public hearing was opened at approximately 8:01 P. M., by Councilman Kleinert,
who acted as chairman. Members of the Council present were: Rudolf R. Kleinert,
Sydney B. Bagnall, Robert Sasser, Jack Salvadore and James R. McCann. Absent--
Austin T. Grant and Frank O'Neill.
The City Clerk presented to the Council satisfactory evidence that
proper notice of this public hearing had been duly published at least one week
in advance of such hearing by the City Clerk in The Livonian, the official news-
paper, and that there had been full compliance with the provisions of the City
Charter.
Due consideration was given by the Council to questions and comments
on the proposed budget.
The Chairman declared the public hearing closed at approximately
8:55 P.M., October 21, 1959.
