MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEALING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR PAVING, DRAINAGE AND SIDEWWALK ON HENRY RUFF ROAD
On March 23, 1959, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President
of the Council at approximately 8:31 P. M. Present-- James R. McCann, Sydney B.
Bagnall, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Robert Sasser and Frank O'Neill. Absent-- Austin T.
Grant and Jack Salvadore.
The Vice President stated that, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 31, as amended, of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section
12 of said Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public
Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the special assessment roll on paving, drainage
and sidewalk improvements on Henry Ruff Road, between Grand= on the North and Joy
I`oad on the South, in Section 35.
There being no questions or comments, the Vice President declared the
Public Hearing closed at gproximately 8:35 P. M., March 23, 1959.
