MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEALING ON NECESSITY FOR ROAD
110 IMPROVEMENTS ON JAMISON AVENUE FROM GARDEN TO MIDDLEBELT
On April 18, 1962, the aoove hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at approximately 8:23 P. M. Pres,,nt-- Sydney B. Bagnall, John T.Daugherty,
William E. Parks, Rudolf R. Kleinert, John F. Dooley and Edward H. McNamara.
Absent-- James R. McCann.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 31,
as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled ttAn Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing
duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 12 of said
Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the
purpose of determining the necessity of installing certain road improvements on
Jamison Avenue from Garden to Middlebelt Road, in Section 2)1, in the City of Livonia.
Questions, comments and communications by interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed
at approximately 8:55 P. M., April 18, 196,.
