MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETTI'ICN M-274
On September 18, 1963, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, pursuant to the provisions of Section 17.03 of
Ordinance No. 423, and was called to order by the President of the Council at
approximately 8:10 P. M. Councilmen present: Sydney B. Bagnall, John T. Daugherty,
William E. Parks, Rudolf h. Kleinert, John F. Dooley, M•dward H. Mc Namara and
James R. McCann. Absent-- None.
Notices of such meeting were published in the official newspaper, and
mailed to interested persons by Marie W. Clark, City Clerk, pursuant to resolution
adopted by the Council on May 15, 1963.
The President stated that this is an appeal from the decision of the
City Planning Commission by Nicholas George for use of property at Levan Road and
Plymouth Road for a Drive-In Theatre.
Questions, comments and communications were given due consideration by
the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
There being no further comments, the public hearing was declared closed
at 9:28 P. M., September 18, 1963.
