MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-8-2-1 (WAIVER USE)
SECTION 35, CITY OF LIVONIA

On September 27, 1965, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 7:45 P. M. Present--Rudolf R Kleinert, James R McCann, Peter A
Ventura and Edward G Milligan. Absent--Jonn F Dooley, Edward H McNamara and
Charles J. Pinto.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition
submitted by the Wayne Out-County Teachers Credit Union, 15116 Beech Daly Road, Detroit,
Michigan, requesting permission to construct a credit union office on property zoned
L' PS, located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between Minton and Westfield Avenues,
in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35 of the City of Livonia
There being no one present objecting to the above, the Public Hearing was
declared closed at approximately 7.55 P. M. , September 27, 1965.
