MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A ZONING PETITION
LOn April 20, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was calJed to order by the President of the
Council at approximately 7:35 P. M. Present--Peter A Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert,
Edward H. McNamara, *James R. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, and Edward G.
Milligan. Absent--None.
Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the
City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the
hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all
other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled.
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in
Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the City
Zoning Act. (M.S.A. Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the
L. Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is hold-
ing a public hearing relative to a request for a change of zoning within the City.
There were five people present in the audience.
Petition No. 65-12-1-41, for change of zoning in Section 21 from R-2 to
R-7, submitted by William E. Parks, 32140 Myrna, Livonia, Michigan. Comments from
interested persons were given due consideration by the Council.
Councilman McCann arrived at the Public Hearing at 7:50 P. M.
There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed
at approximately 7:54 P. M. , April 20, 1966.
