MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VARIOUS ZONING PETITIONS
At 8:10 P. M. on September 21, 1966, it was unanimously moved and supported
to adjourn the Public Hearing scheduled for 8:00 P. M. to October 3, 1966, at 9:00 P.M.
at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan. Present--Rudolf R. Kleinert
and Jerry Raymond. Absent--Peter A. Ventura, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, Edward G.
Milligan, and Edward H. McNamara.
Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the
City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hear-
ing date to those persons affected by the proposed changes and all other requirements
of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled.
Petition #66-3-1-7, for a change of zoning in Section 1 from RUF to PS and
submitted by Alexander and Rose Spiro, 14705 Flamingo, Livonia, Michigan.
Petition #66-5-1-9, for a change of zoning in Section 13 from RUF to C-1
and RUF to P, submitted by Antonio Corsi and Maria Gargaro, 5420 Oakman Blvd.,
Dearborn, Michigan.
Petition #66-5-1-10, for a change of zoning in Section 27 from M-1 to M-2,
submitted by Seymour Weissman for Dale Investment Company, Inc., 15496 Telegraph Rd.,
Detroit, Michigan.
Mr. Spiro was the only person present in the audience.
