MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VARIOUS ZONING PETITIONS
On June 22, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President
of the Council at approximately 7:35 P. M. Present--Robert F. Nash, *Peter A.
Ventura, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Jack S alvadore, Rudolf R. Kleinert,
Edward H. McNamara, and James R. McCann.
Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to
the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed changes and
all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance have been ful-
filled.
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in
Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the City
Zoning Act. (M.S.A. Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 5143, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia was
holding a public hearing relative to requests for various changes of zoning within
the City.
*Councilman Ventura entered the Public Hearing at 7:36 P. M.
Petition No. 66-3-1-5, for change of zoning in Section 17, from R-3-B to
C-2, submitted by Rodney Kropf for John 0. and Dorothy Schroder, 37191 Six Mile,
Livonia, Michigan;
Petition No. 66-3-1-6, for change of zoning in Section 17, from C-2 to AG;
Petition No. 65-8-1-214, for change of zoning in Section 17 from R-3-B to
C-2, submitted by John 0. and Dorothy Schroder, 37191 Six Mile Rd., Livonia, Michigan.
The three petitions were discussed as one.
There were approximately four interested persons in the audience. None of
these persons objected to the petition.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council.

There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed
at approximately 8:31 P. M., June 22, 1966.
