MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY RELATIVE TO INSTALLING
A WATER MAIN ON LYNDON AVENUE BETWEEN MIDDLEBELT AND HENRY RUFF
On May 3, 1967, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the
Council at approximately 9:02 P. M. Present--Robert F. Nash, Rudolf R. Kleinert,
and Jerry Raymond. Absent--Peter A. Ventura, Edward H. McNamara, Jack Salvadore,
and Edward G. Milligan.
Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled
"An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense
Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise
pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to the property owner
in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as amended, the City Council held a
public hearing for the purpose of determining the necessity for the installation of
a water main on Lyndon Avenue between Middlebelt Road and Henry Ruff in Section 23,
City of Livonia.
As there was no one present in the audience regarding the above hearing,
the meeting was declared closed at approximately 9:03 P. M., May 3, 1967.
