HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1967-04-12 PETITION 1966-12-02-22 8634 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 66-12-2-22 (Waiver Use) SECTION 9, CITY OF LIVONIA On April 12, 1967, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:29 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Edward H. McNamara, Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Jerry Raymond and Jack Salvadore. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by A. J. Erwin of the Shell Oil Company, 18601 West Eight Mile Rd., Detroit, Michigan, requesting permission to erect a gas station as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the West side of Farmington Road between Seven Mile and Clarita in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, City of Livonia. There were eleven people in the audience. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:45 P. M., April 12, 1967. ADDISON W. BAb'• o'it 'Jerk
