MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS ON THE
EAST SIDE OF LEVAN FROM JAMISON TO FIVE MILE ROAD IN IDYL WYLD ESTATES
On March 20, 1968, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the
Council at approximately 7:40 P. M. Present--Robert F. Nash, Rudolf R. Kleinert,
Jack Salvadore, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Peter A. Ventura, Edward H. McNamara,
and Jerry Raymond.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1.01,
as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly
published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as
amended, the City Council was opening a public hearing for the purpose of determining
Lthe Necessity of installing sidewalks on the East side of Levan Road from Jamison Street
to Five Mile Road in Idyl Wyld Estates Subdivision, Section 20, City of Livonia.
There were five people in the audience.
There were no comments from the audience regarding the above matter.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7:42 P. M., March 20, 1968.
