MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS
IN COUNTRY HOMES ESTATES SUB. #3 LOTS 356 THROUGH 424 BOTH INCLUSIVE
AND OUTLOTS F AND G AND LOTS 276 AND 277 OF DENMAR ESTATES SUB.
On October 28, 1968, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8:37 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A.
Ventura, Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Jerry Raymond.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401,
as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly
published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing for the purpose of determining the
necessity of installing street lights on Lots 356 through 424 both inclusive and
Outlots F and G of Country Homes Estates Subdivision #3 located in the S. E. 1/4 of
L
Section 8 and Lots 276 and 277 of Denmar Estates Subdivision of part of the S. 1/2 of
Section 8 of the City of Livonia.
There was no one in the audience relative to the above matter.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:38 P. M., October 28, 1968.
