MINUTES OF PUBLIC BEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS
IN COUNTRY HOMES ESTATES SUB. #3, BUREAU OF TAXATION PARCELS 08R2 AND
08P2 AND LOTS 276 AND 277 OF DENMAR ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 8
On June 11, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7:12 P. M. Present: Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Robert E. McCann, and
Edward G. Milligan. Absent: Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, and Robert F. Nash.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401,
as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing
duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. L}Ol,
as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing
the assessment roll for the installation of a street lighting system in Country Homes
Estates Subdivision No. 3, Bureau of Taxation Parcels 08R2 and 08P2, located in the
S. E. 1/4 of Section 8, and Lots 276 and 277 of Denmar Estates Subdivision of part
of the South 1/2 of Section 8, City of Livonia.
There was no one in the audience relative to this matter.
The public hearing was declared closed at 7:13 P. M., June 11, 1969.
