MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY RELATIVE TO INSTALLING
STREET LIGHTS IN THE FRANKLIN SQUARE APARTMENT SITE
On May L , 1970, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at approximately 7:15 P.M. Present: Jerry Brown, Peter A.
Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, Robert E. McCann, and Robert Bennett.
Absent: Edward G. Milligan
The President stated that pursuant to Chapter 5 of Title 2 of the Livonia
Code of Ordinances, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section
2-506 of said Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council was opening
a public hearing for the purpose of determining the necessity for the installa-
tion of ornamental street lighting with underground wiring for the Franklin
Square Apartment Site in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13 in the City of
Livonia.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City
Clerk.
The hearing was declared closed at 7:50 P.M., May t , 1970.
