MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR. THE REPAVING OF STREETS IN ROSEDALE GARDENS
SUBDIVISION IN. SECTION 34
On June 26, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8:10 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Jerry H.
Brown, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent:
Robert E. McCann.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of U-dinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Ivrovements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the repaving of streets in Rosedale Gardens Subdivision, in
Section 34, City of Livonia.
There were approximately fifty persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:32 P.M., June 26, 1972.
