MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR ROAD
IMPRO loiT ON BOBRICH AVENUE, WEST OF MERRIMAN
ROAD, LOCATED IN SECTION 10
On July 10, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Rpad, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council at 8:46 P. M. Present: Edward G. Milligan,
Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett, and Jerry Brown. Absent: Peter A.
Ventura, Robert F. Nash, and Jerry Raymond.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on Necessity
for road improvement on Bobrich Avenue, west of Merriman Road, located in
Section 10, City of Livonia.
There were approximately seventy persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared dosed at 8:55 P.M., July 10, 1972.
